How many of us have no idea what is in the bottle? My guess is many… in this class, we will learn how to differ the ingredients and understand why some ingredients are great but in the small amount, and why some companies put “bad” ingredients. Why do professional products work better than over the counter, and how to give the best recommendations to our clients to use better products.

We will discuss the possible reactions to products and how to avoid them. The difference in functional, performance, cosmosudical, and controversial ingredients.  

Another huge question is how to get the clients to use the product that we use and not something that their sister-in-law uses. We will learn how to ask the right questions to make sure that the products that we use are the best suited to our clients.
